Get a website
that works.

One clean page that looks good on phones, shows what you do, and makes it easy for customers to reach you. Answer 10 questions below. I send you a free mockup. You only pay if you want to move forward.

How it works

Three steps. No tech skills needed.

1
Answer 10 questions. Short answers are fine. Every question has examples if you get stuck.
2
Get a free mockup. Within about 2 days, I email you a PDF of your site on a computer and on a phone.
3
Go live. Tell me what to change. When you love it, the site launches in about 7 to 10 days.
The Launch package

The 10 questions

Don't worry about sounding perfect. Write like you're texting a friend. My job is to turn your words into a clean website. Tap “See examples” under any question for help. Your answers save on this device as you type, so you can come back later.

Your name or business name, what you do, and where you do it.

See examples
  • Braids by Destiny. Knotless braids and locs. Southeast D.C.
  • Green Edge Lawn Care. Mowing and yard cleanup in Prince George's County.
  • Bright Path Tutoring. Math and reading help for grades 3 to 8, online and in Richmond.

Stuck? Fill in the blank: “I help (who) with (what) in (where).”

If someone reads only one sentence about you, what should it say? Then add 2 or 3 sentences on who you help and how their life is better after.

See examples
  • Braids that last, done neat and on time. Most clients leave in under 5 hours and their style lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
  • A clean yard without the weekend work. We show up on the same day every week, so you never have to think about it.
  • Your child can catch up and feel confident again. I work one on one, and parents get a short update after every session.

Stuck? Think about what customers say when they thank you. That's usually your best first sentence.

How should people reach you or buy from you? Call, text, email, book online, or something else? If you book online, paste the link.

See examples
  • Book on my Square page: square.site/book/...
  • Call or text for a free quote.
  • Email me to set up a free 15-minute call.

Stuck? Pick the one way you most want people to contact you. One clear choice works better than five.

What photo do you want at the top: you, your logo, your work or your space? Tell me colors you like or don't. You'll send the photo when I reply by email.

See examples
  • A clear photo of me smiling, in good light.
  • My logo, plus a before-and-after of my best work.
  • I like black and gold. No pink, please.

Stuck? Stand facing a window during the day and have a friend take a photo with your phone. Not sure about colors? I'll show you 5 options.

A sale, grand opening, event, new service or “now booking” note to show near the top. Include the date and a link. If not, just say “no.”

See examples
  • Holiday special: 15% off all braids booked by Dec. 15.
  • Now booking spring cleanups. Spots fill by March 1.
  • Free reading check for new students in January.

Stuck? Say “no.” This box is optional, and you can add one later.

Your main services or products, 2 to 6 of them, with one sentence each. Add prices if you want them shown. “Starting at” prices work well.

See examples
  • Knotless braids: small, medium or large, any length. Starting at $180.
  • Weekly mowing: mow, edge and blow. Starting at $45 a visit.
  • One-on-one tutoring: 1 hour, online or in person. $50 a session, or 4 for $180.

Stuck? Write down what people ask you for most. Those are your services. If prices change a lot, leave them off and say “Call for a quote.”

How did you get started, and why do you do this? A few sentences is plenty. Personal is good. People buy from people.

See examples
  • I started braiding my little sisters' hair at 12. By high school, half my block was in my chair. I opened my own space in 2023.
  • I worked for a big landscaping company for 6 years. I started Green Edge to give customers the care I always wanted to give them.
  • I taught 4th grade for 8 years. I saw how fast kids grow with one-on-one time, so I started tutoring full time.

Stuck? Answer these: When did you start? What made you start? What do you love about it?

2 or 3 quick facts. Numbers work best.

See examples
  • 5 years braiding. 1,000+ clients. Licensed in D.C.
  • Licensed and insured. 200+ yards a week. Family owned.
  • 8 years as a certified teacher. 90% of my students raised their grades.

Stuck? Count anything: years doing this, customers served, 5-star reviews, licenses, awards. New business? Count your years of experience, not the business's age.

2 or 3 short quotes from real customers, with their first name and last initial. Only quotes they said you can share.

See examples
  • “My braids lasted 8 weeks and still looked fresh.” Tasha M.
  • “They never miss a week. My yard has never looked better.” Robert J.
  • “My son went from a D to a B in math in one semester.” Angela W.

Stuck? Copy nice texts, Google reviews or Instagram comments. Or text 3 happy customers: “Can I put a short quote from you on my new website?” No quotes yet? Leave it blank.

Everything you want on the site: phone (only if you want it public), hours, city or area you serve, and social links. Do you already own a web address?

See examples
  • Text 202-555-0100 · Tue to Sat, 9am to 6pm · Southeast D.C. · Instagram @braidsbydestiny · No web address yet.

Stuck? No business email or web address yet? That's normal. I'll help you get both. A web address costs about $15 a year and should be in your name.

I use your answers only to build your mockup. No spam, and no payment until you say yes.
